How it works
The making of a portrait
Reference photo
You send clear, well-lit photos of your subject. Front-facing, natural light, high resolution gives the best result.
Composition sketch
I’ll send a pencil sketch for your approval before committing to the full piece. Changes at this stage are free.
Layered colour work
Working with Polychromos on pastelmat, I build depth through multiple layers — eyes and fur take the most time.
Delivery
Shipped flat in a rigid card envelope with a protective sleeve. Arrives ready to frame.
